Dr. Jacob Ceccanese spent most of his childhood and adolescent years growing up in the York Region, playing both competitive hockey and soccer. Through his love of sports, he developed a passion for sports medicine and rehabilitation. He began his pursuit for a career in health care at the University of Guelph-Humber, where he studied Kinesiology. After graduating with honors, Dr. Jacob pursued to further his education by completing the four-year Doctor of Chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
Dr. Jacob utilizes a holistic approach to manual therapy and movement with all patients. His belief is finding the root cause of one’s pain or dysfunction to provide a higher level of care with lasting results. He can utilize the appropriate intervention to help you move and feel better through a systematic approach. Integrating his 8 years of experience with personal training and sports conditioning before becoming a chiropractor, he understands the value of movement and the importance of incorporating active approaches to care.
